6-year-old Ontario Boy on No-Fly List, Parents Seek Answers

Parents of a Canadian 6-year-old want to know why their son receives extra scrunity before getting on an airplane. Ontario native Syed Adam Ahmed is "Deemed High Profile" which causes airport security to follow special safety precautions before clearing him.

The incident at Toronto's Pearson International Airport became news last week when the boy's father--also a native Canadian--tweeted a photo of a security screen indicating the child's status and how officals should handle him.

Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale is investigating the boy's placement on the list.

"Canadians expect their government to deliver on two vital imperatives — namely, keeping them safe while safeguarding their values and this country's fundamental character. That is our constant goal," Goodale said in a statement.
